New Orleans Coffee Company was formed by a New Orleans Pharmacist whose quest for a smooth cup of coffee turned up empty.

Philip McCrory was able to repurpose the 150 year old cold filtration process to produce the ultimate smooth cup that a consumer can quickly prepare at home.

"My goal was to create a great-tasting, fresh cup of coffee that could be prepared in an instant without any bitterness."

The Company's original offices were solar powered; stainless steel barrels were converted into coffee extractors.

In 2000, consumer demand provoked a move into a 30,000 square feet plant in New Orleans.

Their range of CoolBrew Concentrates is growing daily in popularity, and demand is increasing as consumers are learning that great coffee can be made in an instant.

From its beginnings in the mind of a creative New Orleans Pharmacist, New Orleans Coffee Company's products can now be found in Grocery stores, restaurants (both fine dining and quick service restaurants), hospitals, universities, airports, the worldwide web and discerning homes nationwide.
