Black Voodoo Brew Shots

yields approximately 20 2-oz shots

NON-ALCOHOLIC

  • 2 envelopes unflavored Knox® Gelatine
  • 1 cup CoolBrew Original*
  • 2 ½ cups Water (boiling)
  • ¾ cup Sugar (Brown or White)

Method

Dissolve gelatin into cold CoolBrew in a large bowl and let stand 1 minute. Add the boiling water and sugar to the bowl and stir. Liquid should not be lumpy. If adding alcohol, combine at this time.  Pour into 2-oz cups or molds and chill in the refrigerator until set (approximately at least 3 hours). *CoolBrew Original can be substituted with any flavor CoolBrew.

HINT: The CoolBrew crew is also partial to Hazelnut and Vanilla with the recipe.
