Cool Brew is truly amazing in my book. Made by the New Orleans Coffee Company, cool is the operative term, and it certainly applies here from the bottle design to the last drop.
Cool Brew is made with a process called cold brewing. Cold brewing of coffee is not new. In fact you can make or purchase a special container and after a 12-hour soak, you have your coffee concentrate from which you make your coffee. You can then drink it cold or hot. Cold brewed coffee does not have the acidic content that bothers many people and no bitter aftertaste.
